The right of migrants to maintain the unity of their family, thus being able to reunite with certain relatives in the country to which they have moved, in this case Spain. The beneficiaries of this right are at least the spouse, the spouse's minor children and the first-degree ascendants who depend on the spouse.

The Authorization to Stay for Studies allows foreigners to remain in Spain in this situation to carry out the study, research, volunteering or non-work placement activity for which it has been granted.

The Work and Residence Authorization is a temporary residence and work authorization that allows a foreigner who is not resident in Spain to carry out a lucrative activity as a self-employed person or as an employee.

Non-resident foreigners who intend to enter Spanish territory in order to make a significant capital investment may apply for a stay visa, or, where appropriate, a residence visa for investors.

In order to carry out the necessary formalities to be able to carry out entrepreneurial activity, foreigners can apply for a visa to enter and remain in Spain for a period of one year. Once they have started their business activity, they will be able to access the “residency for entrepreneurs” which will be valid throughout the national territory.
