Social Roots is a residence permit for exceptional circumstances and can be requested as long as you have been in Spain for more than 3 years in an irregular manner. Other requirements include not having a criminal record and being socially integrated in Spain.
One of the most important requirements is to have or be able to prove a job offer. This offer or this employment contract must be for a minimum of 30 hours and the foreigner must earn the minimum interprofessional wage. If it is a part-time job, the foreigner can present several contracts, as long as the total of them amounts to the amount corresponding to the minimum interprofessional wage.
